Rooted in a single
standard of excellence.
KOA Learning Group has taught 1,250 students since 2020. We run two divisions, two centres and 58 educators from a single standard of practice — and we have never franchised any of it.

Four commitments, printed on the office wall.
They are the reasons we are more expensive than an agency and cheaper than a bad year at school.
We employ our educators
Nobody on our books is a gig-economy contractor bidding for your child's hour. Educators are salaried or on retained contracts, trained by us and accountable to us.
The plan comes before the invoice
A written learning plan is issued and approved before any family is charged. If we cannot describe what will change, we should not be taking the money.
We publish what did not work
Our annual evaluation includes the cohorts where we made no measurable difference. Providers who only publish wins are not measuring.
One standard, both divisions
The vetting, the reporting cadence and the review process are identical whether you book a robotics engineer or a Key Stage 2 literacy tutor.
Mission and vision.
What we do now, and where we are heading.
Mission
To provide high-quality, personalized education that empowers students to achieve academic excellence and develop critical thinking skills. We deliver STEM and core-subject tuition through dedicated educators who maintain the highest standards of teaching and safeguarding.
Vision
To be the trusted partner for families and schools seeking transformative education. We expand our centres and educator network across Ghana while maintaining an uncompromising standard of practice that no franchise model can replicate.
The part we will not compromise on.
Our designated safeguarding lead reports directly to the board and can suspend any placement, in either division, without consulting a commercial manager.
- Enhanced background check with barred-list access on every educator, renewed annually
- Two verified professional references contacted by a named member of staff
- Observed teaching session before any first placement is confirmed
- Annual safeguarding and Prevent training with recorded assessment
- Online sessions recorded by default and retained for twelve months
- A designated safeguarding lead reachable by parents directly, not through a queue
- Single central record maintained and shared with partner schools on request
We turned down an acquisition in 2019 because the buyer's model required franchising the teaching standard. That standard is the only thing we actually own.
