Asked before every enrolment.
- How quickly can teaching start?
- Most families are matched and teaching within eight days of the first call. Placements in underserved areas may take longer.
- Is the diagnostic call really free?
- Yes, and you receive a written recommendation afterwards whether or not you enrol. If we do not think we are the right provider, we will say so and suggest who is.
- Can we switch between at-home and online?
- At any time, mid-term, at no cost. The learning plan and the tutor stay the same — only the rate changes.
- What if the tutor is not right?
- Tell your education lead and we rematch, with no fee and no notice period. Roughly 6% of placements are rematched; we would rather that than a wasted term.
- Do you offer bursaries?
- Eight per cent of placements across both divisions are funded through the KOA Access Fund. Ask your education lead — it is means-tested and there is no separate application window.
- Which exam boards do you cover?
- WAEC (WASSCE), BECE, IGCSE and international specifications where requested. Tutors are matched to the specification, not just the subject.
