The ordinary subjects,
taught extraordinarily well.

Our students and families
At your table,
or on your screen.
Same tutors, same learning plan, same reporting. The only difference is whether someone rings your doorbell. Families switch between the two mid-term at no cost.

At Home
In person, in your own sitting room
A specialist tutor travels to you at a fixed weekly slot. Nothing to set up, no data to buy, and a parent can hear exactly how the hour is spent.
- Same tutor every week — continuity is the whole point
- Ghana Police criminal record check on every educator
- Coverage across Greater Accra, Ashanti, Western and five more regions
- Siblings can share a session at a reduced rate

Online
Live one-to-one, anywhere with a signal
Lessons run on our own platform: shared whiteboard, WAEC past-question library and a full recording of every session so a topic can be replayed the night before a paper.
- Low-bandwidth mode by default — designed for mobile data
- Every lesson recorded and stored for 12 months
- Shared whiteboard with subject-specific tooling
- Evening, weekend and diaspora time-zone slots
- Written tutor report inside 24 hours
Twenty-four subjects. Every major exam board.
Tutors are matched to the specification, not just the subject. An Edexcel maths tutor is not automatically put on an OCR paper.

Nothing is charged until you approve the plan.
The same four steps used across the whole group. Most families are matched and teaching within eight days of the first call.
- 01
Diagnostic call
Thirty minutes with an education lead. We map current attainment, target aggregate or grade, and the actual sticking points.
- 02
Tutor match
You are shortlisted two or three educators with the right subject depth and the right temperament. You choose.
- 03
Learning plan
A written twelve-week plan with measurable checkpoints, issued before the first paid lesson takes place.
- 04
Review & report
Progress reviewed every six weeks against the plan. If it is not moving, we change the approach or the tutor.
We had tried three agencies. KOA was the first to send a written learning plan before asking for money, and the first whose tutor turned up on time every single week for two years.
